Banshee I think the fading on this is really what instantly stood out to me. It reminds me of book cover art from the 80's - 90's. I think it would even look good in a book-paper kind of sepia tone.
This really fills me with nostalgia for old short horror story collections I used to read, and besides, the faded colors really lends appropriately to all the horror elements here: early night/early morning twilight sky; dark bluish-green leaves and pale brown tree-trunks (which the sky also lends to); a similar set of tones on the house; of course the pale 'everything' on the banshee...
Long story short, keep whatever "ate color" from this... it could come in handy. ;-)
